Let us gather in community to hold space for the devastation caused by the recent fires in Lahaina and parts of Kula, on the island of Maui.

Immerse yourself in the deeply soothing, peaceful tones of alchemy crystal bowls during this 60 minute sound bath experience.

We will begin with guided breathing, then relax into a supported, restorative posture for the remainder of the sound bath.

Our time together will conclude with an opportunity to connect with others, or take some time for journaling & self-reflection

**RESERVATIONS REQUIRED**

• Space is limited to 12 attendees

• Please consider bringing your own props (yoga mat, cozy blanket, bolster) as the studio has limited supplies

• Option to bring comforts such as eye pillow, socks, etc.

Donations will support relief efforts; 100% of proceeds from this event will be contributed to persons affected by this disaster
